* WHAT...Blizzard conditions expected. Total snow accumulations
between 3 and 5 inches. Winds gusting as high as 50 to 60 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest Illinois and east central Iowa.

* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 1 PM CDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Widespread blowing
snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Monday morning commute. Gusty winds
could bring down tree branches.

* WHAT...Northwest winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph
expected.

* WHERE...Portions of east central, northeast, and southeast Iowa
and northeast Missouri.

* WHEN...From 4 PM this afternoon to 10 AM CDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow falling during portions of this time
will lead to visibilities being reduced to a quarter mile or less.

Remain in the lower levels of your home during the windstorm, and
avoid windows. Watch for falling debris and tree limbs. Use caution
