Therefore, a Flood Watch has been issued. * WHAT...Flooding is possible. * WHERE...Wapsipinicon River near De Witt 4S. * WHEN...From Monday evening until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 11.5 feet, Moderate Flood Stage.
